Das Angebot ist freibleibend.
Die Preise sind unverbindliche Richtpreise in DM.
Im Inland ist die Mehrwertsteuer im Bezugspreis enthalten. Sie entfällt bei Lieferungen in EG-Länder mit Angabe der Ust-Id.Nr. und bei Lieferung in Drittländer.
Verpackungskosten werden vom Verlag, Portokosten vom Empfänger getragen.
Alle Waren reisen auf Risiko des Käufers.
Eigentumsvorbehalt bis zur vollen Bezahlung.
Erfüllungsort Osnabrück. Gerichtsstand Osnabrück und Hamburg.

Rücksendungen:

Festbestellte und ordnungsgemäß gelieferte Werke können nur ausnahmsweise und nach vorheriger Vereinbarung gegen Gutschrift zurückgenommen werden.

Bei Rücknahme wird unsere Gutschrift für die Bearbeitung um 7% des Rechnungsbetrages gekürzt. Der Verlag ist zu weiterer Kürzung berechtigt, wenn die Werke nicht in neuwertigem Zustand hier eingehen.

Hinweis:

Wir machen darauf aufmerksam, daß unsere Nachdrucke zum Teil vor Jahrzehnten hergestellt worden sind und daß deshalb durch die lange Lagerung in dem einen oder anderen Fall vollkommen unwesentliche, aber doch sichtbare Mängel am Einband auftreten können. In Anbetracht dessen, daß es sich ausschließlich um rein wissenschaftliche, aber nicht bibliophile Titel handelt, sind diese Mängel, genau wie bei antiquarischen Exemplaren, für die Benutzbarkeit ohne Bedeutung und sind im Preis berücksichtigt.

All items are offered without obligation to supply.
Prices are informal list prices in DM. The German VAT is included in the inland price. It is not levied for deliveries to EC-countries under indication of the customer's VAT REG-NO, and for deliveries to all other countries.
Packing costs are borne by the publisher, postage by the purchaser.
All supplies travel at the risk of the purchaser.
Goods remain property of the supplier until full payment.
Competent courts: Osnabrück and Hamburg (Germany).

Returns:

Firmly ordered titles that have been delivered in good order can only be taken back in exceptional cases after a previous arrangement against a credit note. The precondition is that such titles are in perfect condition and suitable für resale.

A handling charge of 7% of the net price is deductable. If the titles are no longer in a perfect state we are authorized to reduce the sum in credit in accordance with the resale value.

Remark:

We would point out that some of our reprints have been produced several decades ago. Due to the long storage of these titles, in some cases, visible but immaterial deficiencies may have arisen in the binding. In view of the fact that our titles are exclusively of a scientific but not bibliophile nature the deficiencies must be regarded in a similar way as with antiquarian books. The usefulness of these books is thus in no way diminished, and the deficiencies have already been taken into consideration in the pricesetting.
